Supporting proposal development and sales enablement efforts, the full-time remote Proposal Strategist will manage multiple opportunities, coordinate cross-functional contributors, and develop high-quality proposal responses while ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Key responsibilities Lead proposal development efforts using Shipley standards, including planning, win strategy development, and execution Review solicitation documents and facilitate proposal kickoff meetings to establish strategy and deliverables Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop compelling proposal content and ensure timely delivery of all components Required qualifications 2+ years of relevant experience in proposal development or sales administration 4-year degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience editing large documents for consistency and accuracy Technical writing experience is preferred
