Supporting a fast-paced underwriting operations team, the remote Contract Proposal Set Up Specialist will coordinate the intake, setup, and routing of proposal-related work while ensuring accuracy and timely service delivery. Key responsibilities Process incoming proposal-related work, ensuring accuracy and timely completion Enter and organize proposal information within internal systems and route work to appropriate teams Serve as a primary contact for stakeholders, resolving issues and providing exceptional customer support Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus At least six months of relevant administrative or operations experience Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of work accurately Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook Ability to learn underwriting workflows and work collaboratively in a team environment
