This is a unique opportunity to help in shaping and executing a new combined bid and procurement strategy for the customer.As a successful MPM Analyst, you're a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and can help to drive change through creative problem solving.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting in supporting program proposal kickoffs and strategy development, balancing strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs.Helping to generate and/or collect necessary documentation for successful proposals, including sole source justifications, DD254 facilitation, EX/IM planning and gathering entrance criteria needed to kick off the requests for proposals (RFPs).Assisting in developing and executing to supply chain proposal strategy in support of all program gate review and risk and opportunity management reviews.Working closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create a common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP).Helping to ensure proposal compliance to DFAR/FAR and TINA compliance.Domestic and/or International travel (expected to be <25%).This job is posted as ONSITE, and is based at Raytheon's Tucson, AZ facility.Qualifications You Must Have:Typically Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experienceExperience working on proposalsAbility to work on programs requiring special program accessQualifications We Prefer:Experience assisting with budget managementExperience managing large databasesExperience working on proposal activitiesExperience working with supplierExperience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP)Experience using supply chain planning tools (i.e. SAP, Kinaxis, etc.)Commitment to earning Material Program Management certification within 1 year.Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
