As we expand our programs and partnerships, we are seeking a Proposal Manager/Technical Writer to lead the development of compelling, compliant, and high-quality proposals for commercial and government opportunities.This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, business strategy, and storytelling — helping translate complex technical work into winning proposals.The Role:Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals for NASA, DoD, and commercial contractsWork closely with engineering, business development, and leadership teams to develop clear, persuasive technical narrativesManage proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and submission requirementsReview solicitations (RFIs, RFPs, BAAs) and identify key requirements and evaluation criteriaCoordinate input from SMEs and technical contributors to ensure consistency and alignmentMaintain a proposal content library and ensure brand and message consistencySupport grant applications, white papers, and internal review processesTrack proposal metrics and develop process improvements for future submissions
