This full-time role requires four days in-person at the HQ and one day remote weekly, to lead proposal development across BRE services including building envelope, energy efficiency and sustainability.
You will manage proposal processes, train staff, allocate resources, and ensure high-quality content that aligns with corporate branding. Previous leadership in proposal teams is essential.
