Engaging in proposal development and client onboarding, the remote Proposal Architect will analyze prospective clients' financial data, prepare detailed proposals, and ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client while maintaining a collaborative approach with the Implementation team. Key responsibilities: Review and analyze prospects' QuickBooks files and financial reports to prepare for data file review calls Participate in File Review calls, capturing key insights and preparing draft proposal documents Collaborate with the Implementation team to support client onboarding and refine the proposal process based on outcomes Required qualifications: 3 - 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a Client Accounting Services (CAS) environment Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, with practical experience in QuickBooks or similar systems Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data Experience in proposal preparation and contract review Familiarity with implementation processes and procedures is preferred
