Managing the end-to-end RFP response process, the full-time Proposal and RFP Specialist will independently handle proposal development, content management, and process improvement while working remotely to support various service lines and client types. Key responsibilities Own the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, including drafting, review coordination, and final submission Build and maintain a centralized library of approved proposal content and develop compelling case studies Standardize processes and document a repeatable intake-to-submission playbook to enhance proposal efficiency Required qualifications Proven experience in managing RFP processes and proposal development Strong understanding of legal services and client procurement practices Ability to translate complex information into clear, persuasive proposal content Experience in content management and process improvement initiatives Familiarity with proposal-management tools and best practices
