Supervising a team of property preservation staff, the full-time Property Preservation Supervisor will oversee vendor operations, ensure compliance with property inspections and hazard claims, and serve as the main point of contact for vendor-related inquiries while working onsite. Key responsibilities Supervise, coach, and develop assigned staff while managing vendor performance and compliance Prepare reports for management and coordinate proactive communication with vendors regarding default-related issues Assist in special projects and monitor team performance, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in default mortgage servicing or mortgage banking 2+ years of supervisory experience Strong knowledge of property preservation processes and relevant regulations Experience with LPS-MSP (Mortgage Servicing Platform) and related systems
