Property Operations AssociateLocale Hospitality is looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join our operations team at The Dylin by Locale, a 55-unit boutique apart-hotel in downtown Madison, WI. Reporting to the hotel GM, the Property Operations Associate will play a vital role in owning the outcome of the guest journey and overall satisfaction. You will be the face of The Dylin during the guest's stay, providing assistance and recommendations while addressing any concerns that arise.

Our units can be found in some of the country's most desirable neighborhoods.ResponsibilitiesSupport hotel launch and pre-opening tasksWork a flexible schedule based on business demands and needsCoordinate and fulfill guest requests together with our remote Guest Experience teamSupport Housekeeping operations by assisting with linens and stripping roomsManage guest supplies & linen inventory and orderingInspect and stage units for guest arrivals; stock pre-arrival amenitiesHelp maintain the overall cleanliness of the propertyGreet guests and VIPs from time to timeSupport the GM by filling gaps on daily operations tasksQualifications1+ years of guest facing customer servicePrevious experience in hotels or property management preferredTech forward with experience working in multiple systemsSpeak, read and write fluently in English; Spanish is a plusCritical thinking; you can find out of the box solutions to drive resultsComfortable standing and/or walking at least 8 hours a dayBe able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistanceSalary: $18 - $20 per hour
