You will ensure compliance with regulatory agreements and funders such as LIHTC, Rural Development, and HCV, while maintaining property curb appeal and safety standards.
You will work with maintenance staff, manage move-ins/outs, and maintain occupancy targets, reporting to the Regional Property Manager.
