Your new role

As the Property Manager , you will oversee the overall management and day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring an exceptional living experience for residents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily property operations and delivering a high level of service
• Coordinating leasing activities, including lease-ups, renewals, and resident relations
• Maintaining the property to the highest standards and ensuring timely repairs and upkeep
• Developing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving resident concerns
• Supervising, training, and supporting property staff
• Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 4 years of property management experience , within a luxury residential or high-rise environment
• San Diego market experience required
• Strong knowledge of property management operations and leasing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
• Lease-up experience highly desirable
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite xzgxqkn
