Your new role
As the Property Manager, you will oversee the overall management and day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring an exceptional living experience for residents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily property operations and delivering a high level of service
- Coordinating leasing activities, including lease-ups, renewals, and resident relations
- Maintaining the property to the highest standards and ensuring timely repairs and upkeep
- Developing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving resident concerns
- Supervising, training, and supporting property staff
- Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 4 years of property management experience, within a luxury residential or high-rise environment
- San Diego market experience required
- Strong knowledge of property management operations and leasing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Lease-up experience highly desirable
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
