Location: Ridgefield, CT
Schedule: Monday - Friday, in-office
Salary: $80,000+

About the Opportunity
I’m working with a well-established Connecticut property management company, to find an experienced Property Manager to join their team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of properties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Boards of Directors and homeowners
- Attend and facilitate Board meetings and communicate effectively with Board members
- Oversee day-to-day property operations and address homeowner concerns
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Solicit and review vendor proposals and assist with capital improvement projects
- Help develop and monitor annual operating and capital budgets
- Review financial reports and work closely with the company's accounting team
- Ensure association rules, regulations, and policies are communicated and appropriately enforced
- Respond to property issues and emergencies as needed
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, vendors, and internal team members
- Keep association records, projects, communications, and follow-up organized and on schedule
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of property management experience required
- Condominium, HOA, community association, or cooperative management experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of property operations, maintenance, xzgxqkn vendors, budgets, and client service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with Boards of Directors and homeowners
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, personable, responsive, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable with occasional local travel throughout the New Haven area
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
