GnG Vacation is a growing real estate and hospitality company that manages long-term, mid-term, and short-term rentals. Our team connects property operations, tenant and guest service, marketing, maintenance coordination, and performance tracking in one operating system for property owners.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Property Manager who can keep people, properties, and daily tasks moving. This position works closely with owners, tenants, guests, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly, maintain service standards, and make sure each property is operated with care and accountability.
Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of residential rental properties
• Communicate professionally with property owners, tenants, guests, vendors, and internal departments
• Monitor open tasks, maintenance requests, turnovers, inspections, and follow-up deadlines
• Coordinate vendors, obtain quotes, confirm access, and verify that work is completed
• Support leasing, move-in and move-out coordination, guest readiness, and property condition checks
• Keep property records, notes, documents, and operating updates accurate and current
• Resolve service issues independently, escalate urgent risks, and follow each matter through completion
• Prepare clear owner updates and help identify ways to improve property performance and service quality
• Participate in local property visits as operational needs require
• Follow company procedures and applicable housing and property-management requirements
Qualifications
• Property management, hospitality, leasing, real estate operations, customer service, or similar experience is preferred
• Strong judgment, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities without losing follow-through or attention to detail
• Comfortable speaking with owners, tenants, guests, and service providers by phone and in person
• Proficient with email, spreadsheets, online task systems, and property-management software; AppFolio, Yardi, or similar experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation for local property visits
• Able to work on site in Pomona, California, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break
