Position Overview The Property Manager will oversee property operations, maintenance coordination, leasing activities, compliance, vendor management, and resident communication across multiple affordable housing properties.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and is committed to delivering high-quality resident experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Operations & MaintenanceCoordinate maintenance requests, repairs, vendors, and preventative maintenanceEnsure timely communication with residents regarding maintenance updatesTrack work order completion and verify repair qualityConduct regular property inspections and monitor property conditionsServe as the primary contact for after-hours maintenance emergenciesBuild and maintain reliable vendor relationshipsLeasing & OccupancyConduct move-out inspections and coordinate unit turnover processesPrepare units for leasing within standard timelinesManage marketing, showings, applications, and lease executionMaintain occupancy goals and proactively monitor vacanciesManage applicant communication and waiting listsAffordable Housing ComplianceEnsure compliance with affordable housing guidelines and income requirementsCoordinate inspections, vouchers, recertifications, and compliance documentationConduct income verifications and maintain organized recordsPrepare units and documentation for audits and inspectionsResident RelationsRespond to resident concerns professionally and promptlyManage lease renewals, delinquency follow-up, notices, and payment plansEnforce lease requirements and coordinate eviction proceedings when necessaryParticipate in resident engagement and community initiativesAdministrative & Financial ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records within property management software systemsReview vendor invoices and supporting documentationTrack maintenance and turnover expensesMonitor exterior property conditions and maintenance concernsProvide operational updates regarding occupancy, maintenance, and property performanceMission & Culture Fit This is a faith-based organization seeking candidates who are aligned with Christian values, community stewardship, and service-oriented leadership.
