Your new role
This is a contract Property Manager position supporting the operations of a Class A high‑rise asset. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an exceptional tenant experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing tenant relations and service delivery
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and vendor partners
- Handling budgets, reporting, and financial oversight
- Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of Commercial Property Management experience
- CPM or RPA designations preferred
- Experience with institutional‑style financial reporting
- Preferred experience with MRI, JDEdwards, Yardi, and Kardin
