Property Manager CaretakerWe are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer service-oriented individual to join our team and live on-site as a Property Manager / Caretaker at the Wild River property in Sandstone. This is a part-time position offering approximately 25 hours per week as manager with the convenience of living on-site and receiving a 10% rent discount while employed.Responsibilities:Leasing apartments and conducting toursResponding to resident inquiries and concernsCoordinating move-ins and move-outsRent collection and basic administrative dutiesMonitoring property appearance and curb appealWorking closely with maintenance staff and managementEnsuring lease compliance and community standardsCleaning common areas and hallwaysLight groundskeeping and trash removalMonitoring property cleanliness and reporting concernsAssisting with seasonal upkeep as neededCleaning common areasKeeping sidewalks free of snow / iceQualifications:Previous property management or leasing experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsProfessional, dependable, and self-motivatedBasic computer knowledge requiredExperience with Yardi, Rent Café, or similar software is a plusMust be able to clear a thorough background check.
