This position is central to how we onboard properties, maintain compliance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure owners are paid accurately and on time.As the portfolio expands, so does the scope of this role.

If you are detail-oriented, compliance-minded, and ready to be a key part of how a modern property management company operates, this is the right opportunity.What You Will OwnProperty OnboardingManage the intake process for new properties — PMA execution, AppFolio setup, owner onboarding, and portfolio documentationCoordinate move-in inspections and initial property condition documentationEnsure new properties are fully set up and compliant before going active in the systemComplianceMonitor and maintain portfolio-wide compliance — ARLTA adherence, Fair Housing standards, notice delivery, habitability documentationEnsure lease integrity, record retention, and required disclosures are current across the portfolioIdentify and close compliance gaps proactively; flag risk items to leadershipVendor OversightManage vendor relationships and maintain active vendor credentialing — licensing, insurance, and compliance verificationCoordinate work authorization and monitor vendor performance across all three countiesReview vendor invoices for accuracy and alignment with approved scope before payment processingOwner and Landlord Payment OversightReview owner disbursements for accuracy — monitor payment timing, ledger integrity, and statement deliveryCoordinate with accounting on discrepancies and ensure owner-facing financials are correct before distributionServe as the operational point of contact for owner payment questions escalated above the Asset Manager levelWhat You BringActive Arizona Real Estate License — required.
