Property Insurance Claims Adjuster - Work from Home. Job Details: Level: Entry; Job Location: Remote; Type: Full Time; Education Level: High School; Salary Range: $15.00 - $11.54 Base+Commission/month; Travel: None; Shift: Day. This fully remote role offers commission and bonuses based on the level of fees recovered.

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims issues and provide information to damagers and utility company field technicians.
• Negotiate settlements with damagers and insurance companies as applicable.
• Apply information and techniques provided via CMR adjuster training curriculum (insurance basics, liability concepts, and negotiation strategies).
• Review claim information and research additional reference material to complete the claim record.
• Determine damage liability by obtaining and reviewing evidence (e.g., location information, photographs, reports, locate tickets, permit records, internet research, and contact with damages).
• Dispute resolution and respond to damage objections.
• Track fees, open and closed claims, and other claims information.
• Use internet resources for skip tracing as necessary.
• Collaborate with a team and participate in ongoing coaching to develop knowledge of property damage and liability recovery.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Insurance Adjuster License (must obtain license within 4 months of starting).
• Excellent computer skills; proficient with Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attendance record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a high-speed internet connection at home.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Pay: First 30 days: $15.00/hour + commission + bonus; 30–60 days: $13.00/hour + commission + bonus; 60 days and beyond: $11.54/hour + commission + bonus.
• Bonuses: Earn between $600 and $2000 in bonuses per month, plus commission (bonuses paid monthly).
• Commission: If at least $1,000 in commission is reached during the pay period, you will receive either your base pay or 17% of fees collected, whichever is greater.
