In this hands-on role, you'll be the eyes and ears on the ground, conducting thorough pre-arrival and post-departure inspections, identifying maintenance needs, and coordinating with our property care teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your meticulous approach and technical expertise will be essential in maintaining our properties to Arrived's exacting standards while building strong relationships with owners, housekeeping staff, and maintenance professionals.Perform pre-arrival / post-departure property inspectionsDocument and report damages, maintenance needs, and housekeeping qualityEnsure property setup meets Arrived guest readiness standardsCoordinate with owner services, housekeeping and maintenance for urgent issuesUse property care and to complete and submit reports / work ordersLight maintenance as requiredOccasionally assist with guest-related in-market issues as neededExperience in hospitality, maintenance, housekeeping, or property inspections preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable using mobile inspection apps and toolsAbility to work independently and in varying field conditionsReliable transportation and valid driver's license requiredHourly Salary 23 - 24Paid time off such as PTO and sick daysHealth, Dental, and Vision insuranceLife insuranceRetirement benefits or accountsHealthcare spending or reimbursement accounts, such as HSAs, FSAs, and HRAsWellness programsFull-Time & Part - Time Availability
