A growing real estate investment firm focused on commercial real estate investments is seeking to expand its accounting and finance function. They are looking to hire a Property Controller to lead the accounting efforts as the firm continues to grow.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accounting function with significant ownership and direct exposure to the Principals
- Build and eventually lead an accounting team as the firm expands
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of property accounting experience
- Strong background in commercial real estate
Compensation:
Salary: $250,000 - $350,000, Plus Bonus
