To support customers recovering after severe weather, the full-time Property CAT Desk Adjuster will manage moderate to complex catastrophe property claims, including wind and hail losses, while working remotely or in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Manage moderate to complex CAT property claims, focusing on wind and hail losses Investigate claims, determine coverage, and evaluate damages and liability Negotiate settlements with insureds, contractors, public adjusters, and attorneys Required qualifications Property claims handling experience, particularly with wind and hail claims Ability to estimate moderate to large property losses Proficiency with current technology and claims systems Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field preferred AINS and/or AIC designation preferred
