Property and Casualty Client Advocate

Managing client relationships for construction accounts, the full-time Associate Client Advocate will oversee service needs, retain complex accounts, and collaborate with teams while working remotely from anywhere in the United States. Key responsibilities Support multi-tier serviced accounts and independently manage client relationships with revenues up to $1MM Develop and implement competitive insurance programs, prepare market quotes, and manage the onboarding process for new clients Communicate and collaborate with producers, clients, and underwriters to ensure accurate processing of insurance applications and policy renewals Required qualifications Minimum of 3 - 5 years of brokerage experience Property and Casualty account management experience Property and Casualty Insurance license Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to train and provide oversight to Account Coordinators and Assistants
