Property Administrator/Admin Svcs CoordinatorPay Rate: $20.50Location: 7900 Westpark Dr, Tysons Corner VA - M-F 8:30 – 5pmJob Responsibilities:Customer RelationsFacilitate and maintain tenant work order system pursuant to Brookfield guidelines.Establish and maintain strong and positive relationships with all tenants, vendors, and contractors.Monitor janitorial log and address issues, as needed.Serve as primary office contact for the management office.Assist in planning quarterly tenant contact meetings.Financial ManagementCode invoices for payment and follow up on outstanding invoices.Ensure vendor/contractor invoice payments align with contract or purchase orders.Prepare tenant billings through Angus and send monthly invoices.OperationsProcess and issue purchase orders.Ensure all vendors have a current Certificate of Insurance on file.Administer and print various property accounting reports for Property Manager's review or compilation in the property monthly reports – Accounts Receivable, Variance Report, General Ledger, Rent Roll, etc.Prepare vendor service contracts, track expirations, and assist in preparing bid packages.Maintain inventory of office supplies.Maintain property management files.Send elevator reports.Innovation / SustainabilitySupport corporate and management initiatives (e.g., paperless, spring cleaning).Internal/External RecognitionAssist Property Manager in identifying initiatives to implement at propertyPersonnel Management / Leadership / TeamAttend professional development seminars (AOBA, BOMA, IREM)Additional ResponsibilitiesPerform any other tasks as requested to support the team and property operations.Look for | Must Have Skills:Customer-Oriented: Demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering excellent service and maintaining a positive experience for clients and visitors.Reliable: Consistently dependable in attendance, punctuality, and task completion, with a strong sense of responsibility.Basic Computer Proficiency: Comfortable navigating standard office software and tools (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, scheduling systems).Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain professionalism under pressure.Ability to Work Independently: Capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision, showing initiative and accountability.Resourceful: Able to find practical solutions, adapt to changing situations, and make the most of available tools and information.Critical Thinking: Applies sound judgment and analytical skills to assess situations, identify problems, and propose effective solutions.Self-Starter: Proactively takes initiative, demonstrates motivation, and shows a willingness to go above and beyond without needing constant direction.Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience in admin, coordinator and/or related fieldEducation: GED/HSSoftware skills: Basic computer functions, Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Teams etc.)Interview Process: 1-2 rounds onsite
