Supporting insurance and claims operations for Lender-Placed and Real Estate Owned (REO) properties, the fully remote Desk Property Adjuster - Lender Placed will manage claim investigations, analyze policy documentation, and ensure timely resolutions while delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Investigate property claims, including analyzing policy and loan documentation Evaluate coverage, verify damages, and identify potential fraud indicators Collaborate with internal teams, lenders, and servicers to facilitate claim resolution Required qualifications Experience investigating property claims Familiarity with Xactimate software is strongly preferred Active adjuster license or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity in applicable states Basic understanding of residential construction and repair Knowledge of subrogation or fraud potential determination
