We are seeking a Property Accountant to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely after the training period. This individual will prepare tenant reconciliations for reimbursable expenses, review tenant recovery lease language and set-ups, and prepare annual tenant recovery budgets. This person will also review and reconcile key balance sheet and income statement accounts, performing monthly true-up entries in accordance with GAAP.
