Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 4 days onsite)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000 base salary plus 10% bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Property Accounting & Financials
- Property-level financials quarterly or monthly.
- Review property-level financials
- Property updates (sale, refinance, partner buy-out, etc).
- Track interest for the applicable entities
Fund-Level Support
- Preparing investor reporting
- Collect K-1s for the Fund tax returns
- Monitor equity contributions, distributions, and cost basis changes
- Prepare a weekly report on current bank balances for all bank accounts.
Process Improvement & Controls
- Document standardized workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Identify opportunities to streamline data flow
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
- CPA preferred
- 3-7 years of experience in property accounting, fund accounting, or real estate investment accounting
