Simpson Housing LLLP seeks a Property Accountant to support our multifamily portfolio. This role is responsible for full-cycle accounting for assigned properties, including general ledger maintenance, AP/AR, CAM reconciliations, and monthly close. You will prepare accurate financial statements, assist with budgets and forecasts, and perform variance analysis.
Partnering closely with operations and property management teams, you’ll ensure timely, GAAP-compliant reporting that supports resident-focused, high-quality communities and provides a foundation for long-term career growth in real estate accounting.
