We're looking for a Promotions Assistant to help bring client campaigns to life across the Washington, DC metropolitan area. You'll introduce products and services, engage with potential customers, and help turn genuine interest into measurable results.

What Makes This Different

This isn't a behind-the-scenes marketing role.

You'll work directly with the public at live promotional campaigns, developing the confidence to approach new people, communicate clearly, and represent client brands professionally.

What Your Day Could Look Like

• Represent campaigns: Introduce client products, services, and promotional offers at events and public locations.
• Connect with people: Approach prospective customers, start conversations, and understand what interests them.
• Make information clear: Explain campaign details, respond to questions, and help people make informed decisions.
• Turn interest into action: Guide interested customers toward purchases or registrations, supporting customer acquisition goals.
• Work toward results: Contribute to individual and team campaign targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Keep developing: Apply feedback, learn from teammates, and strengthen your communication and customer engagement skills.

You don't need previous marketing or sales experience to get started.
