As we continue to grow, we’re looking for driven and enthusiastic Promotional Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on, on-site opportunity to gain experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement while working directly with shoppers in our retail partner locations.

About the Role

As a Promotional Marketing Associate , you’ll represent our clients’ brands inside partnered retailers, promote products and services, build customer relationships, and drive sales. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote client products and services through direct sales and marketing campaigns
• Engage with customers to create positive experiences and build strong relationships
• Represent client brands with professionalism, confidence, and authenticity
• Learn and communicate key product and service information
• Work closely with team members and leadership to meet and exceed performance goals
• Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to overall team success

What We’re Looking For

• Sales, customer service, retail, or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
