Responsibilities

GOLDBECK Services combines the service activities in the company group. GOLDBECK Technical Solutions provides solutions for the real estate industry to meet the demand for challenging retrofit/extension solutions in existing buildings.

- Coordination, control, and monitoring of all trades from planning through execution to acceptance and defect liability

- Goal-oriented assurance of quality, deadlines, and costs

- Technical clarification and assignment of subcontractor services

- Economic and technical responsibility for the overall project

- Qualified client support and cooperation with the project team

Profile

- Successfully completed studies in architecture or civil engineering or equivalent

- Several years of professional experience in construction or project management

- Knowledge in the areas of estimation, VOB, execution planning, contract law, and construction execution

- Secure handling of MS Office and tendering programs

- Above-average communication skills and assertiveness

- Independent and structured working style as well as high engagement, creativity, and team spirit
