Projects & Technology Manager

Leadership & People Management

• Experience managing and developing
• multidisciplinary technical teams
• Hands-on leadership, coaching, performance management, and resource allocation
• Ability to align teams with business priorities and remove project roadblocks

Project Management (Critical):

• 5-6+ years managing complex projects from concept through commercialization
• Strong experience with Stage-Gate / Product Development lifecycle processes
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Stakeholder management across senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Food Manufacturing / Product Development Background

• Experience in food manufacturing, food processing, R&D, or food product development
• New position intake call
• Strong understanding of food safety, quality, and commercialization processes
• Ability to collaborate with Operations, QA, Regulatory, Procurement, and Marketing

Process Engineering Expertise

• Background in manufacturing process engineering and continuous improvement
• Experience identifying and leading process optimization initiatives
• Ability to provide technical guidance to engineers and drive operational efficiencies

Packaging Engineering Knowledge

• Packaging material selection and design principles
• Understanding of packaging equipment compatibility and validation
• Knowledge of quality, shelf-life requirements, and packaging innovation

“MUST HAVE” experience

• Project management experience
• Technical food manufacturing knowledge
• Leadership and team management experience
• 5/6years of experience in food manufacturing, CPG, or R&D
• Experience leading both projects and people
