In this role, you'll assemble, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair our precision remote delivery projectors (dart projectors) using established work instructions and quality standards.

If you have experience with mechanical assembly, equipment repair, manufacturing, or other hands-on technical work—and you take pride in producing quality work—we'd love to have you join the Pneu-Dart team.Responsibilities:Building various types of projectors for the animal and livestock industryDiagnosing, repairing, modifying all projector types based on customer needSafely test-firing production unitsOperating a CNC lathe, manual mill and other machines to complete job tasks as neededMaintaining accurate records of work performed on customer equipmentRepairing damaged components and correcting malfunctionsBluing barrels and various componentsFollowing compliance regulations, including but not limited to ATF, Department of State, and the Bureau of Industry and Security.Participate and contribute to continuous improvement projects, across various departmentsRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:General machining skillsPossesses physical dexterity necessary to assemble small partsDemonstrates analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with acute attention to detail, necessary to troubleshoot production and assembly issuesAbility to identify problems or malfunctions with equipmentExceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and verbalAccountabilities:Learn products, manufacturing processes, service policies, and the research/science behind Pneu-Dart products.
Specifically, learning Projector design and assembly will be of primary importance, including how RDD's function within the projector.Learn to assemble and repair all Pneu-Dart model projectorsLearn to navigate projector-related functions within Pneu-Dart's computerized order management systemEducation & Experience:High school diploma or equivalentMental and Physical Requirements:Critical thinking skillsAbility to follow standard work processes and procedures (SWP's)Physical activity including:Ability to lift to 50 lbs.Ability to sit or stand for extended periodsFine motor skills, hand manipulation
