PuroClean Restoration Technician
PuroClean, a restoration company in Carthage, is looking for a new member to add to our team. This position is for a compassionate and hardworking person who is customer oriented. Technicians are the front line of our company and should have excellent people skills and a passion for helping others. Work area will be primarily be Cumberland, Moore, and Lee counties. Starting pay up to $18.00 per hour. Employer does not offer health insurance, but will pay a portion of the premium. Any trade experience such as carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, paint and drywall are a plus, but are not necessary.
Candidate will gain knowledge and experience of the items below:
- Knowledge of all categories of water loss
- Managing water losses from start to finish
- Interacting with home owners and adjusters
- Managing labor and helpers
- Knowledge on drying equipment and new drying techniques
- Fire and mold experience
- Able to enter crawl spaces and attics
- Documentation/Moisture reading/Moisture mapping
- Ability to think outside the box
- Signing off on customer satisfaction and assisting with referrals
