The Job, Straight Up
Project Support Coordinator: You'll be the person who keeps everything connected: estimators, field crews, clients, vendors - from the moment a job is estimated to the moment it's done right. Full-time, hybrid, based in North County San Diego.
What you'll actually be doing
- Managing schedules and timelines across multiple projects
- Creating and sending out work orders, keeping job statuses updated in real time
- Tracking materials, permits, and inspection paperwork
- Being the go-to person clients can count on for quick, clear answers
- Catching scheduling conflicts before they turn into problems
The Ideal Candidate
- You've coordinated projects or supported a busy team before, you know how to keep plates spinning
- You communicate like a pro
- You're organized: documents, data entry, scheduling, reporting — you've got it handled
- You're comfortable in email, spreadsheets, and project tools
- Bonus: experience in roofing, construction, or property management
- Coursework or certs in business or construction management are a nice-to-have, not a dealbreaker
