The Estimator/Project Manager is responsible for initial contact with the customer, adjusters, and homeowners to successfully sell our services for mold, fire, or other peril-related losses. This position ensures that projects are completed in a timely manner, on budget, and to the highest quality standards, bringing the properties to their pre-loss condition Responsibilities
Responsible for the successful completion of various restoration projects that are caused by fire, smoke, wind, water, and mold. Manage assigned employees, ensuring tasks are being completed effectively and efficiently. Perform Site inspections. Inspect job site to determine the extent of the damage. Estimate the cost of completing the job. Obtain approvals from customers and obtain signed contracts to schedule and commence work. Successfully sell our services to the customer for mold, fire, or biohazard clean-up. Communicate with home & business owners, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors.
Qualifications
3 years or more in the role of supervising projects
3 years or more of estimating experience using Xactimate and Symbility programs
Certifications from the IICRC - WRT/ASD or equivalent
Project Supervisor/Estimator in boca raton at Unknown Company
