ECS Project Superintendent
HFA is looking for an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations and help deliver successful commercial construction projects. In this role, you'll oversee daily site activities, manage schedules, maintain safety and quality standards, coordinate subcontractors, and resolve field issues to keep projects on time and within budget.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day construction site operations
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and health standards
- Coordinate subcontractors, equipment, and site logistics
- Lead field teams and provide guidance and feedback
- Resolve on-site challenges and maintain project momentum
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of commercial construction experience
- Experience on projects ranging from $5M-$30M
- Strong understanding of construction processes and job site operations
- Knowledge of construction safety and quality regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel as required
