You will work with supportive leaders willing to jump in and help you succeed, but won't look over your shoulder. You are expected to be a self-starter and begin tasks without being told to do so. Your main job is driving the schedule of the project onsite while maintaining an atmosphere on your jobsite that reflects the company culture and core values.
