Job Duties
- Supervise and Manage up to 5-15 employees
- Develop and maintain courteous and effective working relationships with clients, vendors and/or any other representatives of external organizations.
- Responsible for construction, management of subcontractors, installation, schedule, logistics, safety, quality and construct-ability of all aspects of projects
- Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and reports the construction project activities daily
- Responsible to manage employees and subcontractors to ensure the project scope is built in full conformance with the plans, specification, schedule and budget.

- Ability to layout project
- Thorough knowledge of construction techniques, means, and methods
- Foresight to schedule tasks
- High energy level and enthusiasm
- Strong level of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organization and problem solving skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office based programs
- Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines (self-directed)
Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of Utility Installation and/or Heavy Highway Construction experience
- OSHA safety training
