Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Project Superintendent to manage and supervise commercial construction projects throughout the Texas Panhandle and West Texas. This position works closely with the Project Managers to help coordinate daily jobsite activities, maintain schedules, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate must have substantial commercial construction experience. They must be organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. They must not have any issues with performing manual labor if needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily job site operations and scheduling.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, deliveries, and materials.
• Manage the complete project from start to finish.
• Ensure work is completed on time and according to plans and specifications.
• Communicate as needed with Project Managers, subcontractors, and crews.
• Complete daily reports and daily project documentation.
• Be able to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Supervise and maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Follow company safety procedures and wear proper PPE.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction is a must.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and meet project deadlines.
• Valid drivers license required.
