Project SuperintendentNow Hiring! We are seeking a Jobsite Superintendent to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. The Superintendent will serve as the main point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors while coordinating daily jobsite operations.
Responsibilities include managing workflow on site, communicating schedules with subcontractors, reviewing project documents (drawings, specifications, RFIs, change orders), coordinating inspections, and ensuring all workers follow safety standards and company policies. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while maintaining positive relationships with subcontractors and project owners. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and able to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced construction environment. Pay is dependent on experience. Hours vary by season.
