In-Situ Stabilization (ISS) Project SuperintendentProject ManagementVarious throughout the United StatesNationally recognized environmental remediation contractor in need of an experienced and qualified ISS Project Superintendent to staff ISS projects. Extensive travel will be required. Candidates for this position can be based anywhere in the United States.The daily work activities/responsibilities will include:Supervising and coordinating all field construction activitiesEnsuring the delivery of completed projects in compliance with plans and specificationsDetermining the equipment and material resources required to execute projectsCollaborating with Project Managers to implement and maintain construction schedulesWorking with field crews to address challenging project issues and site conditionsWorking with Site Health & Safety (H&S) personnel to implement and enforce H&S practicesContributing to building a workplace culture based on safety, teamwork, and superior performanceMust have minimum 5 years of experience working on remedial construction projects involving the following work activities:In-Situ Solidification/StabilizationSite RemediationDemolition of Surface/Subsurface StructuresDewatering/Shoring InstallationMGP RemediationEarthworkImpacted Soil/Material Transportation and DisposalSoil MixingJet GroutingDesired, but not required, professional training credentials include:40 hour Hazardous Waste Training8 hour supervisor training8 hour HAZWOPER refresherScaffold Competent PersonSalaried position; commensurate with qualifications.
