We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Project Superintendent for
cleanup/ mitigation and repair projects. This role requires someone who can perform the job as well as manage labor , coordinate with inspectors, and ensure timely and quality completion of restoration work. The ideal candidate will be bilingual and have 7 or more years of experience in construction and/or emergency services including board-ups, water/fire damage mitigation, and property repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Per form emergency board-ups and secure properties as needed.
- Supervise and coordinate mitigation and repair projects
- Work alongside Alert Project Managers.
- Attend and represent the company during inspections with adjusters, city officials, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Maintain detailed project documentation , photos and progress reports.
- Meet budgets and allocate resources to meet project deadlines.
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Subcontractor Relationship Development and Management
- Customer Relationship Building
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction, restoration, or mitigation project management.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and inspection protocols.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including board-ups , water damage and site assessments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- IICRC certifications (preferred but not required ).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, emergency-response environment.
- Bilingual preferred but not required
