Miller Brothers, Inc., a 4th generation General Contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to manage commercial and mixed-use construction projects throughout the DC metro region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction operations from start to finish


•   Manage schedules, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet deadlines and budgets


• Enforce safety standards and ensure project quality


• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients


•   Provide leadership and mentorship to field staff

Qualifications

•   5–10 years experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction


• Proven experience with mixed-use and commercial building projects


• Strong scheduling, leadership, and communication skills


• OSHA certification preferred
