Supporting the Strategic Programs team remotely, the full-time Project Specialist will manage project cost tracking, schedule development, and procurement processes for power systems and electrical infrastructure projects. Key responsibilities: Manage project cost tracking, ongoing cost estimate validation, and schedule maintenance Interface with vendors for pricing and generate purchase requisitions and project submittals Develop and oversee Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Milestones for revenue recognition projects Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, sales, project management, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 5 years of experience Ability to work remotely within the United States, with no relocation offered Experience in electrical assemblies, electrical distribution, or power protection technology Proficiency in systems software such as Vista, Bid Manager, or Oracle is preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
