Project Shape – Intake Associate NHCAC

The Project SHAPE Intake Associate provides administrative and client support services to facilitate the delivery of community-based programs and resources for seniors and eligible clients. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely entry of client information into program databases, maintaining client records and supporting documentation, and assisting with application processing and eligibility-related activities. The Intake Associate serves as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing information regarding available services and entitlements, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred. Experience with extensive customer service interactions, including telephone contact, preferably within the field of social services. Must have the ability to multitask effectively and perform accurate data entry. Computer proficiency required. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
