We're hiring an experienced Costpoint Project Setup Analyst for a growing government contractor. In this role you'll manage projects from award through closeout, making sure each one is set up to bill accurately and stay compliant.
About the Role: In this role you'll manage projects from award through closeout, making sure each one is set up to bill accurately and stay compliant.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain projects in Deltek Costpoint from contract award documents
- Configure billing and revenue settings across a range of contract types
- Manage funding, modifications, and rate updates
- Reconcile project setup against contract terms and fix issues early
- Partner with Contracts, Billing, and Finance teams
- Support audits and internal reviews
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ xhqgsiq years of hands-on Costpoint project setup experience
- Familiarity with government contract types (CPFF, T&M, FFP)
- Working knowledge of FAR/DCAA requirements
- Strong Excel skills
Preferred Skills:
- Costpoint billing experience
- Contracts administration background
