Qualifications
& Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing multiple project schedules and MS Project
Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Key
Responsibilities
Develop and update detailed project schedules, including milestones and resource allocation
Track project progress, perform critical-path and risk analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare schedule reports for management and coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams.
Support change management by assessing schedule impacts and updating timelines accordingly
Monitor daily/weekly progress against the schedule, adjusting planned activities as needed.
Provide forward-looking schedule forecasts, trends analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
