Engaging with prospective and existing customers, the full-time remote Project Qualification Specialist will identify and qualify project-based sales opportunities to support pipeline growth and ensure alignment with sales-readiness standards before handoff to the sales team. Key responsibilities Qualify incoming project leads by understanding customer project scope, budget, and timeline Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer requirements and potential growth opportunities Maintain accurate opportunity records in Salesforce and monitor qualification metrics for continuous improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field preferred Experience in lead qualification, inside sales, or a consultative customer-facing role Proficiency with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and uncover cross-sell or upsell opportunities Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
