We are unable to sponsor at this timeRequirements:Experience in Project Management and Coordination, including tracking and managing Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID Log).Strong skills in vendor management, project deliverables, and budget planning.Proficiency in SharePoint and State Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.Ability to prepare and maintain core documentation (RAID Logs, Meeting Matrix, etc.).Excellent organizational and administrative skills for scheduling, documentation, and meeting facilitation.Knowledge of onboarding processes and creating administrative processes and procedures.Responsibilities:Project Management Coordination:Maintain RAID Logs and collaborate with partners for risk/issues collection.Manage project deliverables and assist with vendor management and SOWs.Facilitate project budget planning and prepare project success metrics.Maintain integrated project schedules and provide regular status reporting.Support project performance reporting and coordination of activities.Project Team Support:Maintain core project documentation and coordinate deliverable reviews.Schedule appointments and ensure meeting preparedness.Support the team with change request documentation and planning.Project Administrative Support:Prepare meeting packets and capture meeting notes.Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and project mailbox monitoring.Develop administrative project processes and monitor calendars.
